Would it be accurate to say that for your books (so to speak) you need a person listed as responsible for all aspects of the event? Ex: setup, paperwork.
If so, we need a field that is only visible to dept heads that lists the real responsible party. Default would be the gm listed. Editable only by dept heads.

The website system for scheduling an event has a field for GM. This person, as far as Board Games is concerned, is responsible for setting up the event, being the contact person for the event, filling out paperwork for the event, etc. The problem I have, and I'll admit it is a little one, is when people set up events for our guests of honor and put their name in this field. I honestly do not expect Antione Bauza to show up to our GM meeting on Friday night, even though he is technically a rookie =) I know we like plastering our guests of honor onto everything, but from a logistical and organizational stand point, putting Antione down as the GM of an event is problematic. I was wondering if there was a better way we could promote Antione's presence and schedule, and at the same time keep things organized. Any ideas?
