Shane,

The tables in the hallway between the Grand Ballroom and the
    California Ballroom (Dealer's Room) are all assigned to events (Ars
    Victor) and will not be available for open gaming/overflow from 9am
    to 8pm Sat & Sun.  When you do your setup please make sure there
    are reserved signs on all the tables in that hallway.
