[Deptheads] Space Usage

We had some confusion with events and space at Gamex 2012.

As a reminder...

Dealer's are in the California ballroom (minus Redondo).

Board Games are in the Grand Ballroom.

Flea Market tables are between the Grand Ballroom and the escalators.

Collectibles are in the Gateway Ballroom.

Registration, Payouts, Tours & Info are near the escalators.

Miniatures are in the 1st floor lobby across from Reg.

Pathfinder events are in Salons 110, 111 & 115.

Video Games are in Salon 112.

RPGs are in Salons 200-206.

RPGAs are in Salons 210-219.

LARPs are in Santa Monica & Santa Maria (3rd floor).

I have set aside:

  *      Salon 103 for the "Game Show Play Along" games (whoever
    approves these should enter "103" in the room field).
  *      Santa Catalina & San Clemente (3rd floor) for Games Workshop
    GT/RTTs.


If you need space outside of the above areas for an event, you need to 
OK it with me before you approve the event.
