Since we ave entertainment, we'll need seating for that.  Would like to have a dance area, if possible.  A couple tables to display raffle prizes.  We still have raffle prizes, right, Victor??

Yes, the Friday is wrapped into the benefit. Need to confirm
the call time with the cast. Is there more info about attending
that that I'll need to publicize?
8pm on Saturday sounds good to me. I'll double-check with that
cast and wait for confirmation from Eric B regarding guest
availability. 
Drunkards and Dragons commandeered the Santa Rosa room I think.
It was the room around the corner from the escalators on the
left. Their show will probably be later, like 9 or 10pm.
