You are correct about Dr. Who and Comic Book Live...

You told me you wanted a room on the third floor for D & D, have you 
changed your mind?  You can either run it on the third floor or move the 
time.

All those shows have been on the schedule for the past ten to fourteen 
days.    You should check the schedule more often.  If you want to block 
some space next time you can put in a place holder.
