[Deptheads] Fwd: Flash Banner

No Flash, unless you also provide a non-flash alternative (i.e. animated gif). Everything on the site must be viewable without downloading a plugin. I'd make an exception if it was needed it for an exclusive page, but these are going on our standard pages.

Other alternative is a rotating banner using javascript like our rotating images on the home page.

Maximum width for special events logos on special events page is 180px. Height is fairly flexible.
Maximum width for special events logos on home page is 150px. Height is about the same.
