Sorry - was editing rules all weekend and only got to look at this in the
morning. Comments:


   - Do you want to cut the size of the book? The board game descriptions
   alone could easily be cut a lot without losing any value. I could get you
   two pages easily.
   - Seminar edits that I sent don't look to be in.
   - HMGS Ads - "a year's membership" (missing an apostrophe but maybe this
   is a pic) - plus a really bad line-break on the main ad title
   - Please add Toy Vault to sponsors
   - Any way to get Antoine Bauza's name on the Gateway advert? Perhaps
   mention of him as the designer of 7 Wonders? That's a big deal for the
   boardgamers.
