[Deptheads] CCGs & Video Games

I had someone ask me specifics on CCGs and Video Games the other day and I
told him I'd get an answer for him today. >_>

1.  Can you buy/sell and/or trade CCs in the CCG area?
2.  Are the video games *just* PC games or are there console games
available?  Do you have to bring your own?
