[Deptheads] Next Meeting Reboot

This list throws a curve ball. The deptheads list is actually a "convention staff" list. All staff members are on here.
 
Some departments have sub-departments and staff members that run those sub-departments.
Some of those sub-departments may/will become their own departments...but for now they are still under their main department.
Some dept. have several staff members. 
 
Meetings are far and few between and majority of issues need to be addressed and handled before meetings and after. Most things can be discussed here or within a specific dept. meeting.
Department and sub-department reports, ideas, suggestions, requests, event times and space needed etc. can all be posted here. Most things will be discussed here.
The meeting is a summary of all things discussed here and within depts. and things Ownership announces or want to discuss. Basically a run-down of the con and a rep from every dept. to make sure we don't miss something.
Once a year cons have the luxury of 12 months before their next con--we have 3 months--by the time the meeting comes on july 15th we need to have most things ironed out and ready for gateway and merely polish them up.
We jump out of the frying pan and into the fire to cook up the next con. No break til after gateway.

Dept. Heads- (Some have more than 1 person in conbook but there should only be 1 per meeting....1 person is actual head.) Marketing. RPGA, RPG, Registration, Miniatures, Boardgames, collectables, Movies, Video games, LARPS, library, web, quartermaster, art.

Eric and Tim confirm the list...?
