[Deptheads] October Meeting

I have to assume that it really isn't that important that we attend, since
short notice was given and there is no leeway on the date.

 

How about next time we schedule some more convenient times:  Such as
Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas day weekend, new years eve.  You get the
point I think.

 

We need to be a little more flexible on this announcements and dates.

 

Not everyone is a Bachelor or works out of their house.

Sunday, October 21st is the Department Heads Meeting. It will begin at 1pm
and be at Eric Burgess' house. Please RSVP ASAP so Eric can properly plan
food and the like.

 

The topics for the meeting will be an overview of 2012, information on the
new organizational structure, and plans on how 2013 will be run. This is
fairly short notice, but it is important that one representative from each
Department is present so everyone is aware of the changes that will affect
every department in the years to come.
