[Deptheads] October Meeting

mmm mexican food with veggie options. But no soup for me.
 
This meeting was said to be for dept. heads and management only (and meeting staff like mike james)---.not all hands on deck. It was purposedly kept smaller with minutes available for everyone afterwards.
This means Karl is coming as the boardgames dept. person (wargames bootcamp is a sub dept of boardgames). 
I was corrected that seminar rooms and movies is not a dept. and neither is larps or auctions so no one from those is on-call for the meeting. 
 
Robyn, kryssie and shane cannot make the short-notice date and that is roleplaying head, boardgames head, and the marketing rep not attending the meeting. They are unhappy--can't blame them. No more short notice meetings..and in future we specify who is to attend a meeting and if that person cannot attend they can send someone in their place.

Final call for the Deptheads meeting tomorrow...

The Meeting is scheduled for tomorrow with a start time of noon for lunch, 1 pm for the meeting. Hopefully we can keep this to no later than 3pm-ish.

I'm ordering Mexican food, with mild and veg options for those inclined. If that's an issue for someone, please speak now.
