[Deptheads] Banners

[Tanya Aldrich]

I was waiting on Eric A.s input before getting involved, but signs in general hold some interest for me.

I agree with holding off, but I'd prefer the banner plans and any other sign related updates to be more or less sorted before the end of the year. Chances of me helping with the rest of the signs is next to zero in the beginning of the new year.

Printing in the new year I have no problems with.
