[Deptheads] Event Pre-Registration Feedback

[Ryan McMullan]

My wife noticed that the event pre-registration confirmation email an
attendee receives after being approved for an event (copied below) does not
include the time slot of the event.  As there are frequently multiple
copies of the same events at different times during the weekend, it would
be helpful if this email could contain the start time as well.
