Nick,
I convinced my friends at The Spiel to let us show their documentary "Made
for Play" at Gamex 2013 and even give a copy or two away. Can you find a
time or two to show it off? I can get Aldie of Boardgamegeek to appear at a
showing to help draw more people in. Please let me know what you'd like to
plan so I can write something up for our marketing team.
Thanks!

Heya, Eric.
Hope all is well with you these days. Things here are busy but mostly good.
Just need to find 57 more hours in every day!
I wanted to let you know that DVDs of our first documentary, Made For Play:
Board Games & Modern Industry, are now available. The film is $20, plus
shipping. It features subtitles in English, French, Swedish, Spanish, and
Polish.
If you have the time/interest, we can use all the help we can get spreading
the word.
If you're not familiar with the film here's a short description:
Filmed on location at Ludo Fact in Germany, Made for Play chronicles the
journey a board game takes from the factory to your table. You get to see
every aspect of the manufacturing process: the technology and machines, the
many detailed steps, and the hundreds of people that are involved in the
production of a single game. Our goal is to give you a greater appreciation
of the time, effort and investment that goes into every quality board game
that makes it to the marketplace and your home. The business of fun
requires a lot of hard work!
To order a DVD or for more information and details on the film, visit the

The film is available online via YouTube and Vimeo, but the DVD offers much
higher quality audio and video, plus subtitles. We are also working on some
distribution and possible broadcast deals for the film, so I may have other
announcements in the near future.
I'm including a couple images of the dvd in case you need them.
If you have any questions, let me know. We are very proud of the effort and
quality of the documentary and we are very excited to offer it to audiences
around the world.
Thanks for your help in spreading the word.
Spiel on!
Stephen
