The Room Allotment system will be posted here soon. It only involves the rooms handed out to volunteers (con-paid rooms and reimbursed rooms).
Any Supervisor needing details quickly can contact me.

Long, but the short of it is that the departments are given a block to allot as they see fit and the 24-hour volunteering is decoupled from the quarter room. However, the overall room allotment is being reduced as we need to get a better handle on the rooms we're paying for.
