[Deptheads] Fw: Strategicon - IMPORTANT

Since board games has gotten out an email to their volunteers already, I
have been getting panicked calls from my volunteers.  I was waiting till
Victor published guidelines and number of rooms per dept before sending out
my mass email to volunteers.

Will we get this soon (yes I know that I talked to you a bit Victor) because
I need the number of rooms slots that I have to get them stacked up.
