[Deptheads] Banners

I still think it is worth calling them Strategicon Winter, Strategicon
Spring and Strategicon Summer. No one outside our area understands the
sub-names (and even most of our locals don't recall which is which). You
can keep the names as a secondary thing for locals that care. The month
names are okay, too, especially since Strategicon Spring seems like it is
at the beginning of Summer and Strategicon Summer near the beginning of
Autumn. They could also be called for their nearby holidays but those are
all a mouthful...
