[Deptheads] Room Reimbursement/driving reimbursement policy

I apologize for the delay................ 
  
There is no new room reimbursement policy--just the option to swap a room quarter for 2 parking reimbursements. 
Every room quarter you have can be turned into 2 parking reimbursements. 
Every parking reimbursement is good for up to 3 days of parking reimbursed at up to $15 maximum per day. 
Make sure volunteers know---Their receipt is needed along with supervisor signature and mine on the reimbursement form when they submit it on Monday. 
Chris will not reimburse without paperwork, receipt, and signatures showing the reimbursement was approved. No exceptions.
This includes those getting room reimbursements on Monday--Paperwork, receipt, & signatures or "no soup for you".
