I see.  I do remeber the e-mail, but forgot the the name.  Do they need to be in the schedule?  Do I need to provide paperwork for them?

Thieves will be in front of the dealers room.....i sent you an email about it 3 weeks ago and you didn't have room so i gave them space as they will be vending starting next year.

I have already, as politely as possible, turned DEMO people away from those times because its already heavily scheduled, and today I found 5 events basically tying up at least one DEMO table for all day Saturday.
