[Deptheads] Events added - Still haven't heard if its added

I was just curious if we were able to add the event. I was hoping it would be alongside the Richard Breese signing.


Sunday 1:00 Artist Meet and Greet
Meet artist Katie Prouty in dealer room. Katie illustrated the fantastic dragon and d20 on the convention program cover. Limited edition Orccon 2013 prints will be available. Bring your con book or Orccon print for Katie to sign. 


Also can we add a picture of the Artwork on the Facebook page?

Sorry this is last minute.
Can we still add a meet-and-greet with the artist on Sunday?

We're trying something new this year by making some small collectible prints of the artwork. 
So the meet-and-greet would be a chance for people to get the prints signed.

Can we put it at the same time as the Richard Breese signing?
So, in the dealer room next to him?

I'm thinking the text could be something like this:
Meet artist Katie Prouty in the dealer room. Bring your con book or print for Katie to sign. 

I'm drawing a blank at the moment about what the description should be.

I believe events can still be added to the schedule, but they need to be added soon.

Is it too late to add some events?

I want to add a meet and greet with the artists and one of the meet up groups wants to add some tournaments that they will run.
