[Deptheads] Strategicon - Approval Queue

Problem there is, as you well know, is RPGs, which have some tiny tournaments that get swamped. I also need to make it so admins can remove players from games -- right now it has to be done by hand on the back end (meaning, I get to access the database directly via my 733T SQL skilz (or in English, I have to do direct manipulation via SQL))
