Yes, Page 2 Tournament Prizes should read:
 
"Prizes will be awarded by Orccon to the winners of several tournaments and 
 certain events. Prizes are in the form of colored ribbons, award 
certificates,  and “Dealer Tokens”, which are redeemable at face value in the Dealer 
Room for  merchandise (only). The 2013 Dealer Tokens are usable at Orccon 
2013,  Gamex 2013 and Gateway 2013, and may be applied toward the payment of  
any state sales tax on your purchase as well."

removing the first "just like you". First sentence of third  paragraph, "you'll" 
should probably be "you might".

Text on page 46  overlaps number.

Auction sellers rules: #7 reclaimed should be  unclaimed.

Auction buyer rules: Isn't #2 and #4 basically the  same.
