[Deptheads] Website Improvement: Contact Us

Something to drop in the website improvement bucket for later:

There is nothing on the website that says "Contact Us".  A GM just told me
he didn't know how to contact a particular dept head.  The answer was under
"Staff", but I think "Contact Us" is enough of a convention that people
just look for that.  It is also clearer from the perspective of a client
looking at the page and asking "What do I want to do?".

Recommended Options:
- Rename the "Staff" page to "Contact Us"
- Add a "Contact Us" link in the top bar or bottom bar that just links to
the "Staff" page
