For those doing signage, wish I was there. :)

Eric has some of the signs. Some seem to have gone missing a couple of cons ago. Let me know if a specific sign is needed. I will be sending the con specific signs in a separate email.

Here are my notes for signage. Hope I've covered enough.

The hotel started getting more restrictive in where we can place our signs. If it's not in a room we rent, it may not be allowed. For signs outside our rooms, here is what is allowed.

Sign Boards/Stands - If it's self supporting and doesn't interfer with flow of foot traffic is should be fine. I recommend near walls and columns.

Our Large Sign Board Locations
1. Next to kiosk that's next to reg desk.
2. At entryway to board game (Grand Ballroom) from reg desk.
3. At entryway to board game (Grand Ballroom) from dealer room.
4. About half way between reg desk and hotel reg desk.
5. Second floor, top of escalator.
6. Third floor, top of escalator.

Hotel sign stands (about a dozen) ask for them. They fit two 8.5x11 signs.
One of these signs should be placed by the pillar of the hallway on exiting the second floor elevator hallway. RPGA with left arrow, RPG and LARP with right arrow.

Use the sign holders at the doors for
1. Boardgames (I think there are six doors, 1 broken holder)
2. Collectible Cards and Minis
3. Dealer Room (3 or is it now 4 doors)

Signs on walls - Use painters tape. Recommend looping the tape and placing on the back of the four corners of each sign.
1. Behind all HQs
2. Game Library
3. Flea Market Hours and Dealer Room Hours signs on the two walls used by Flea Market.
4. Dealer Room direction sign above Boardgame signholders on reg side of Ballroom
5. Painting Contest info near Dealer Room signholders.

Wall sign locations
1. Behind reg desk
2. Behind payouts
3. Right-Center of Grand Ballroom
4. Left-Center of Grand Ballroom
5. RPG and LARP sign on wall behind their tables.

Exceptions
Tape RPGA HQ to the door of their HQ.
Limited extra signage is probably fine in the California Prefunction Library.

For the signs below, use 11x17 when available.
