[Deptheads] Strategicon - Department overlap

The one thing we have to be careful with is where the game is being 
held.  If the same instance of a game gets listed in two departments, be 
sure the "Room" field is filled out so people know where to go to play 
the game.

If a game is being run "under" multiple departments at different times 
(i.e. different event entries for each instance) the room is less important.
