[Deptheads] Strategicon - Submission issues

Thanks Tanya,
I saw the note. That should be enough to stop the multiple submissions.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1 installed. I am using the most current version of Firefox. This problem started about a month ago, maybe a little longer.

Hi all,
I'm aware of the problem, but there are a couple of catches.
1.
So far, the only people that have been affected by this that have confirmed that they are using to submit, are submitting using Windows 7 or a more recent Windows OS. I have no access to these OSs.
I need to know from everyone that is experiencing this problem what OS and version and what Browser and version they are using.
2.
Kid #2 is due any day now, and we still have no one to help with the website, specifically, the back end. Hence, even if I'm able to reproduce the problem on a machine I have constant access to, the chance of it getting fixed before Orccon 2013 is slim to none.
I have put a note above the submit button, which will hopefully cut down on the repeats and get us more specifics on the problem source. I hope this helps, because it's all I can do at this time.
So far at least, we haven't received any notices of con pre-reg being affected, and that also uses the same DB.

It seems to be any write access to the database that is "sticking". I get the same result when approving or denying an event.

As an example, I have Arkham Horror submitted for Saturday at 1 pm six times. This has made the approval queue pretty unwieldy, and confusing, since there are some games (like werewolf) which are legitimately in the queue several times. Any idea what is causing this? Anyone else suffering similar problems in other departments?
