[Deptheads] Clear the queues!

Hi Eric,
 
  I was hoping to get more of the Small tournaments scheduled first before I started approving the rest.  Do you want me to go through and okay everything right now?

I'm about to finally send out the first marketing email (it's held up by, of all annoying things, the hotel). Right now there is way too much stuff in the queues and it needs to be cleared (Miniatures and collectibles are completely clear, so thanks!) so that our participants have something to look at.
