[Deptheads] Picture/Video requirments

Tim(and all department heads),
We have will have hundreds of events. If we tell our volunteers to take a picture of everything then we may get pictures of 30 different role playing events but none of the game designer who is there running his own game.
Same thing goes for the other departments, I just used role playing as an example. We know we need pictures of things in each department but we can't tell which things are important to that department. That is why I sent a request out so people can tell me specifically which things are important to have pictures of from the con. If the answer is everything then we will get a random assortment of what our volunteers found interesting which seems to be the wrong plan to me.
What I don't need is the convention schedule sent back to me from each department. What I do need is a few specific events that need to be highlighted from each department so we can ensure that those are given the coverage that they need.

I hate to put it this way... but there needs to be pics of everything... LARPs, RPGs, Ministures, Video Games, Guest Events and Seminars, Dealer's Room, Board Games, Library, etc.
