[Deptheads] Event pre reg is on!

Ok we're already at 302 -- it was in flight while I was turning things on.

We're at 652 events now -- I'm sure this will hit 700 by the time we clear the last of the queues and add in the odds and ends. (Board Games and RPGs got slammed heavily with more events once the submission page was fixed)
