I may be able to do that, but the volume of information that passes our hands may make it a bit challenging as we can't just export the data.  What we can do is give you view access to the Google doc (as you should have it anyway for your list of con-goers for the present con) and you can check what has come in in real-time and what has been updated.
As for the payout sheet, it can be done, but I haven't looked at the doc as of yet.  I'm still going to need to send out a request for payout information so I'm not slammed come the start of con.

By the way, do we want to be Tweeting/Facebooking the winners as they go? The Library will have a computer on-hand the whole con because of our newly digitized library. If Ken or someone would export winner names and e-mail them to me, we can blast them out every once in a while. I can't promise we'll do every one but we'll do what we can.
