Hello, Department Heads,
This is pertinent to those who will be having dealer dollar (or chips, or whatever) payouts for the upcoming con.  I need to get information on your payouts to prepare for the onslaught of gamer who will come to Polly and me for their plunder.

The following is the base information that I need:
Game Name
Time
Day
Payout amounts (1st, 2nd 3rd, etc).
Prospective Moderator (not necessary, but it does help to know who ran something when they said they did)

an excel or open office doc will be fine, but if your numbers are small, just reply with them.

Shane, just get me your usual excel doc and I should be fine.

John,  is there any way to get a glimpse of the denominations that we'll be dealing with?  Personally I'd like to see a photo with a ruler so that I have an idea of how much space they're going to take.  I know that you promised some kind of carry-box, but it's best to prepare for any eventuality.

Eric A, will I be able to get pre-reg info for data input into the sheet like last con?  I know that I'll be able to get current info from Tracy at con.
