[Deptheads] Reorganization Responsibility Changes

There are some responsibility changes that are in progress and I wanted 
to let everyone know about them.

First, Robyn is going to focus on growing and promoting Pathfinder 
(which has outgrown their space).  After talking to Mike Fryer and 
Robyn, we decided to give Jim Sandoval a chance to coordinate RPGs. So 
Robyn will continue with Pathfinder; Mickey Tan will continue to 
coordinate RPGA and Jim will coordinate the remaining RPGs.  Jim's email 
is plustentoawesome at gmail.com  Feel free to contact him with questions, 
suggestions or to suck up.

The reason for this change is it gives us three people, each focused on 
a particular area of roleplaying.  I am not forgetting LARPS, but they 
function and use resources differently than Pathfinder, RPGs and RPGA.

Jim will be in transition for Gateway '13 (most likely working with 
Robyn and/or Mike) before he gets tossed to the wolves at Orccon '14).

The other change is Nick Chavez will be coordinating the "Show" events.  
We haven't clearly defined what these are yet.  For the moment if it 
uses the Seminar, it goes through Nick.  He will also be coordinating 
the Game Show Play Along events (usually in Salon 103).  Neil and Liz 
will be working for Nick and arranging events with him.

I would like to point out that both Jim and Nick have been helping out 
with the con for many years.  They know what they are in for and yet 
they volunteered anyway.  Normally this might raise some questions about 
their sanity, but then again we all may have some issues in that area.
