Yes 
You can put fliers where you get your badge.
There is this crazy long line that leads to a pavilion where you get your badge. In there you will see a table full of fliers and people going up and down the table throwing stuff into their bags.

The other place you should put it is on the Mezzanine level.
In that level there are 3-4 game rooms. You can leave some in there.

The Mezzanine level is hard to find.
You go the Main Dealer Floor - at B
Go to the back wall and look for the escalators.
When you go up the escalators you will see some nerdier-then-average-nerdpeople sitting at tables promoting their clubs.
Down the hall are the gaming rooms.

I'm at ComicCon this week. Is there a place to dump flyers? My first time there in ages so I'm not sure.
