This was my response I sent before. I do not know why he didn't receive it.

Hello,
I am interested in “showing” two board games that I have created in your next event over Labor Day weekend: Gateway. I have a few questions that I would greatly appreciate answers too.
1) If I pre-register does that get me into the show as an attendee or and exhibitor, or both?
Both.
2) I am looking to get both of these games published/produced. I will be bringing several prototypes of each game to be played by other gamers. My question is what kind of attendees do you get at this show? Is it only game enthusiasts or do you get board game companies, producers, manufacturers?
We get a few publishers and people "in the business" but the majority of our attendees are gamers.
3) How do I register my game with your show?
If you wish to DEMO your event, you can go to the website: http://www.strategicon.net/index.php?goto=run_event and fill in the form. Make sure to indicate that it is a DEMO. I recommend reserving a table for 3 to 4 hours.
4) Will I need to have a patent/copyright of my games before coming to the show?
Nope.
5) Are there are any other services you offer?
Hmmm.... I am not sure what you might mean by this. I do not think we provide much but a place to play the games and introduce your games to the public. If there is something specific you have in mind, just ask.
