Hi All,

Clarifications of my three favorite sections.
> 3. Gateway
>    b. Special Guests and Events - Vlaada is all set, although Shane need events.

I need special event details for website. Given the general apathy I've gotten on getting event descriptions, I will use the marketing email description, if, and only if, I'm given an icon or a url to an icon to go with it. Based on the marketing email, RPGs and Game Show, your it. Help!

In other words, give me something in addition to what is in the marketing email, i.e. Icon and/or new description and I'll put it in the special events.

Shane, when you get the Vlaada events sorted out, send me a note and I'll put the list on the Special events page.

Related note, if you are listing events in the marketing email, at least one instance of the event should be in the general event list on the website. I can't find the game show marathon.

>        Video Games- League of Legends and Minecraft are the big events, tournament interest is waning.

Video Games, sounds like events that might be worth putting in Special Events.

>    e. Signage - there will be no new signs for Sheraton. Department banners are here!

Obviously, something unique to this Gateway that needs, for example, it's location posted on the Reg Desk wall, will be accommodated.

>    f. Website changes - Need to check on progress for having embedded video on website.

Would whomever wants video on the website please email me privately.
A video archive page will likely have to wait until the site migrates. I am actually making progress on this.
As far as I know, video in general is possible anywhere on the site within reason.
