[Deptheads] R.I.P. Todd Breitenstein of Zombies!!! fame

Sadly, Todd passed away yesterday. I hope we can include an obit in the
conbook for Gamex. Twilight Creations supported our library and there was
talk of them coming out as guests but his illness prevented that. They were
both awesome. I posted a note on FB about it.
