[Deptheads] Strategicon - Room Allotment

Hello everyone,

    I have almost finished the task of determining who gets rooms and who doesn't.  There is one spot left on my list and two people who I am concerned about.  Alfonzo is running one event for me, for a few hours, but also doing the auction.  I have put him on my list in the past, but with the new restrictions, I am not sure I can "afford" it.  The other person on my list is Al Gaines.  He only runs one event, but its the two day Axis and Allies tournament.  I do not know if he will come and run it if he does not have a room.  And this tournament will likely not run at all if he isn't here.

    As a secondary note, there are a few people that I have put on my list in the past, at Neil's request, but I am unclear what these people do for me.  Lana Berman, Elizabeth Ebeling, Allan Gonzalez, and Andrea Phillips are the people I listed last con but are not actually running anything for me at con.  If BGs should be using any of its slots for these people since they do things I am unaware of, please let me know.
