[Deptheads] Strategicon - Room Allotment

This situation was covered in the Room Allotment Email.
 
"Each Supervisor will be given an allotment of Room Quarters (1/4 of a room).
All Room Quarters do not have to be put together. Mix and match with other departments or someone can pay the 
difference if 2 of them want 1/2 a room to themselves (some couples prefer this)."

Marketing gives Andrea a room quarter from Marketing Room Allotment and Board games gives her BF a room quarter from Boardgames room allotment and they both are free to room together and pay half 
or get with 2 other volunteers who have room quarters and share the room at no cost. If all your room quarters are not put into rooms together within your dept. no problem--I will make sure the females are in rooms with other females and the males are in rooms with other males. There are already people from multiple dept. that room together but their room quarters came from their dept. supervisors.
