[Deptheads] Strategicon - Question

I'd give some extra consideration to those running their own games. If they
are paying to come to the con and showcase their game but they're a little
late, I'd tend to cut them some slack since they have a lot going on to get
ready. But if they're just running a game (and you don't want to make sure
it is a game that is run), oh well.
