[Deptheads] Strategicon - Pre-Reg

Two questions:

    Can I pre-reg?  I tried, but it didn't work.


    Also, as far as pre-reg approval, is the idea of removing the need for approval for unlimited events being worked on?  I think 99% of the approvals I have to do are for unlimited events.
