[Deptheads] Banned game "The Assassination Game" - revisiting an idea

I know that "The Assassination Game" (or TAG, for short) has been banned
from the convention for excessive disruption (kids running around with toy
guns is not a good mental image, after all). Would it be worth opening a
discussion about this with rules set up to minimize disruption among the
convention? I've got a rule-set in mind that should help keep the
disruption to a minimum, and absolutely prevent kids running through the
halls (any more than they already do, anyway).

Just for clarification, I'm not talking about doing this at Gamex - there's
too little lead time on it. I'm considering doing it at Gateway.
