So, I am cleaning up the database before I do the paperwork for Gamex and I see these entries:
Here I Stand (Campaign Tournament) - Card-driven Wargame Saturday 10:00 am Tournament Barry Lew 
Maria (Tournament)  - Wargame Sunday 10:00 am Tournament Mark Luta 
Frederick (Tournament)  - Wargame Sunday 3:00 pm Tournament Mark Luta 
Knowing these are being run upstairs in the WGZ or WGBC or whatever its name is, I am perfectly willing to ignore the things wrong with them.  However,  they are listed as tournaments.  Does WXXX have a budget to cover these tournaments or are they coming out of my budget? Also, am I responsible for printing up and preparing their paperwork or are they taking care of that?
