[Deptheads] First conbook proof

Hey Eric, 
No Starship Command ad?  I know you said the color was sold out, but can we get it in black and white?  This is our only advertisement if possible on two pages being that it is not in color.  I will pick up the cost, we need to get some sales, nothing in the last 60+ days.  

Other notes on what I see
	on the cover, no dates, I always thought it was a good idea to have the dates
	on page 39 why have a add for the current convention, if they have the con book then they are already here.
