[Deptheads] Strategicon - Game Shows

I would like to refrain from putting any type of sign up sheets at registration unless they are for events that require a separate registration fee.
At which point we will keep a list for the event person. We already do this for Settlers of Catan.
We are already packed space wise behind registration. Especially on Friday and Saturday.
Please do not feel like we can take on more responsibilities. We really can't!

Hi everyone,   

    There are a couple of quick questions I would like answered:

    What kind of paperwork do the Game Shows need?  I have been asked to put them out with the regular sign up sheets in BGHQ and need to know if they should be the same forms that we use for Board Game events.

    If the Game Shows are providing their own prizes, should they be listed as "Spnosored" events?

    In the future, would it make more sense to put the sign up sheets for the Game Shows at Registration?  I know that board games is a large part of the convention, but the Game Shows are for everyone, so wouldn't it make more sense for the sign ups to be centrally located?
