In your defense, more than half of that number was blank sheets handed in.
And, BGs and VGs are the only departments that listed all their events in the payout sheet. And BG events is 5 times as many.
We just need to emphasize that if there are no winners, the comments/notes section needs a brief explanation (and, if appropriate, the DNR box checked), so we have documented evidence that someone handled the event and know how each event went.
