Mike, would you be available Saturday morning to meet at the storage facility in Gardena?  It's a secure facility and you need the access code and procedure to get in.  I can explain the whole procedure for entry then.  Right now I am the only person who has access and I'd feel more comfortable if someone else local knew how to access it anyway.
