Hello,
I think this looks pretty good with on MAJOR exception, having RPG in Plaza A is a big big mistake.  Having all that role playing in one area with the noise will make it totally unbearable and is certain to cause a lot of problems.  I remember when they had Orgins at this hotel back in the 80’s and tried to do this in down in those rooms and it was a disaster.  The low ceilings just seem to amplify the noise level.  Even if you were to put up some type of dividers up like curtains between tables, it will not help.  My suggestion is to move all the RPG up the second floor with the RPGA. You have LARPS up there now, and if we go by last Orccon, they only had eight tournaments and most all of them were at night, so those rooms would be left empty all day long if we leave LARPS up on the second floor.  The rooms on the second floor are perfect for roleplaying, with one or two table in each room, like we have been doing for the last few years.  We have 30 rooms on the second floor at the Hilton, compared to the 14 we had on the second floor of the Sheraton, I would think we could make it all fit. I notice that we are not using Los Angeles C, Carmel, and all the Santa Monica rooms, are they not available to us?  

So that is my suggestions and input, welcome any feed back.
