[Deptheads] Valentine's Day Events

Opening this topic up for discussion--Valentine's Day Events (Friday feb 14th first day of orccon)
Everyone feel free to give ideas and suggestions. 
 
So far
--Meet & Greet with the Guests at 7 pm Friday is confirmed (lasts about 30 minutes and can lead into another event).
 
 --Valentine's day ball for couples. Around 9 pm until midnight.
This would require it's own space approved by Tim. The budget will have to be approved by the board. It would have an event fee (like $10 per couple) paid at the door and wristbands given.
Theme (like geek prom or another theme), music, decorations, refreshments (besides cake and punch), etc. are to be decided on. And someone running it once it is hammered out.
 
--Ice Cream social (so no one is left out on valentine's day). I would like for this to be in the Staff Lounge area following the Meet and Greet at around 8 pm and run 2 hours. 
This one is easy and can be handled by Staff lounge and myself. Free for staff, supervisors, convention support, and senior volunteers....$5 for anyone else wanting to attend.
 
 
I have already listed 2 Friday events in collectables that are valentine's day themed. 
I am planning on running a themed rpg Friday as well. Love letter would be a good tourney for valentine's day. Any other ideas share them. Doesn't mean anyone has to use your ideas but you may say something
that has someone say "cool, good idea". All input is appreciated anc considered. Let's start our time at the Hilton off with a bang and make valentine's day 2014 a fun experience for all attendees and ourselves.
