Good Morning!

Just a reminder to get me your badge lists by Monday. I have only received lists from three people. Eleven of you are unaccounted for. This makes me rather nervous as the con is only two weeks away.

The con is fast approaching and badge lists will be due on Monday, Aug. 18th. 


Attached is a spreadsheet example of how I need your badge list to look. 

This is very important because as you know we now have new badge types 
(Senior Volunteer, GM, Con Support...) and each type of badge is being 
printed separately. It creates massive amounts of work for me when your 
lists are a jumble of badge types. 


I also need to know if the person who is volunteering in your department 
is a headquarters volunteer (aka. Desk Monkey) or a GM. See attachment for example!


If you need to send me any last minute volunteers after you have given me your list, as always that is fine. :)

However, please be sure to tell me what kind of badge you need for them.
As always I need your list in Open Office or Excel.
