Who should I talk to about getting standard prize support for one of the
LARPs?

If prize support were available, my thought on including Minor characters
was to award the winning player a prize for himherself and one to grant to
hisher "most faithful servant" so that minro characters could play to get
themselves on the "winning team" (as they perceive it) and to perform their
duties well there.
